Notifications not working
Check notification preferences, browser permission and email spam folders.
If notifications do not appear:
- Check Boolby notification settings.
- Check browser or device notification permissions.
- Check spam/promotions for email notifications.
- Make sure you are signed into the correct account.
Activity reminder emails can summarize unread messages, new matches, likes, Super Likes and support replies. Boolby sends at most one activity reminder in a rolling 24-hour period, and only when new unread activity is waiting.
You can turn activity reminders off in Settings → Notifications or use the unsubscribe link in an activity email. Essential account, security, payment and moderation emails cannot be disabled.
