Why you matched
Match labels show whether both people want a gaming buddy, friendship or dating connection.
Boolby can show the shared reason behind a match so both people understand the context before starting a conversation.
A match can be based on one or more shared intentions:
- Gaming Buddy — both people want someone to play with
- Friendship — both people are open to a non-romantic friendship
- Dating — both people are open to a romantic connection
The shared labels appear in Matches and Chat. Only intentions selected by both people should be shown as the reason for the match.
A Dating match is not automatic consent to flirt, meet or discuss sexual topics. Start respectfully and pay attention to the other person's boundaries.
